Rippled Earth Ltd provides outdoors experiences any goods or services sold are provided at a specific departure time, guests are responsible for ensuring their participation by being present at the allocated location on the time of departure. Any goods available for purchase are sold in situ and are then the property and responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds and Returns
Rippled Earth Ltd holds a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means guests will receive a full refund if they choose to cancel their booking outside of the 24 hours from the departure time. Guests who cancel the booking within 24 hours of departure will not be given a refund outside of extenuating circumstances. Cancelations due to a medical complication will be given a refund if a medical certificate is provided.
